How it works
AtollaQ connects to the database you already use through a read-only connection. Nothing is migrated and nothing about your current workflow changes. Setup takes about five days, done by the AtollaQ team, and is only handed over after the numbers pass testing against your real questions.
Why the numbers are trustworthy
Every figure is pulled straight from your database — not generated by a language model. Each answer shows its source, calculation method and time range so it can be verified. When the data to answer a question does not exist, AtollaQ says so instead of guessing.

What is AtollaQ?

Do we have to change our existing system or migrate data?
No. AtollaQ connects to the database you already use. It supports Express, Formula, custom-built systems, and common databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL and SQL Server — with no data migration and no impact on how you currently work.
How safe is our data?
The system connects read-only, so it cannot modify, overwrite or delete your data, and sensitive data such as employee payroll is walled off from the system's access from the first day of installation.
How trustworthy are the numbers in the answers?
Every number is pulled directly from your database, without any embellishment by AI, and every answer shows its provenance so it can be verified — the data source, the calculation method and the time range. Most importantly, if the data does not exist in your system, it says plainly that it cannot answer instead of guessing to look smart.
When can we start, and what do we need to prepare?
The first cohort is limited; you can reserve a spot through the website. Installation takes about 5 days, with the team doing the setup hands-on, and nothing is handed over until the numbers pass testing against your real questions. All you need to prepare is read-only access to your database and one person who knows your business rules to confirm the metric definitions once.
How is AtollaQ different from Power BI or ordinary dashboards?
Power BI and dashboards require someone to set up charts and metrics in advance — you can only view what has already been built, and they usually need an IT or data team to maintain them. AtollaQ lets you type questions freely in Thai, such as sales compared to last month or receivables overdue more than 60 days, and get real numbers from your database with sources you can verify — without building dashboards in advance and without a technical team.
Can AtollaQ replace an accountant or a data analysis team?
AtollaQ does not replace people. It helps you get preliminary numeric answers yourself, instantly, without waiting for a team to prepare reports — for example checking sales, stock or receivables during the day. Work that requires judgment, such as closing the books or tax planning, remains the job of your accountant and your team as before.
